- 2.5 lbs. chopped rhubarb stalks
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup water
- Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook over medium-low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick.
- Jam will thicken more as it cools.
- Ladle into sterile containers and store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to use.
