Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch Sycamore Farms Swiss chard
  2. 5 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 2 Tbsp olive oil
  4. 8 slices bread, cubed
  5. 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  6. 6 eggs
  7. 2 cups milk
  8. salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
  1. Saute the Swiss chard with garlic in the olive oil.
  2. Layer the bread, cheese, and Swiss chard twice in a 7” x 11” pan.
  3. Beat together eggs and milk, then pour over layers.
  4. Let soak in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.
  5. Bake at 350* for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
